Soldiers stand at attention for a religious ceremony during the 59th annual International Military Pilgrimage on May 20, 2017 in Lourdes. The International Military Pilgrimage (IMP) was created by the French Armed Forces after the Second World War in a gesture of reconciliation to their German counterparts. This year, the 59th IMP, over 40 other countries participated in the journey to Lourdes, France.
