Pope Francis warmly greeted Maximiliano Acuña, an Argentine garbage collector, who suffered a tragic accident in March in which he lost both legs at the General Audience in Saint Peters Square on November 8, 2017. Last July the Pope called him by phone to give him encouragement and the assuredness of his prayers.
